Did you know that the number of separate Sync Profiles is equivalent to the number of unique MINDBODY (MBO) Studio IDs you have in terms of integration?

So for instance, since you will be on our real-time Enterprise plan integration with, let’s say 40 MINDBODY locations, you will need to setup 40 Sync Profiles for them set up in the exact same way. Should take 5 minutes to setup each integration for each separate MINDBODY Studio ID.

Only 1 NetSuite Saved Search will be synced in any Free Trial.
Using NetSuite Saved Searches for Customer, Contact or Transaction from NetSuite will expose fields in Field Mapping step for each. More than one Saved Search can be specified. Supported NetSuite Saved Search record types are Contact, Customer, Transaction.
Each NetSuite Saved Search will be synced to a MailChimp Group within the specified Master List.
Each NetSuite Saved Search will be synced to a Constant Contact List.
I've noticed over the past few weeks that our syncs seem to be taking a really long time for a small amount of data.
Like 15-20 minutes for each sync when only one or two records have changed. Is there something going on here beyond regular NetSuite slowness?
Could you please send us the screenshot of the criteria used in saved search?
Last modified date criteria addition does not work for "Use Expressions" with OR logic. It will produce an incorrect saved search result.
If Saved Search criteria "Use Expressions" is checked then criteria MUST be wrapped with parenthesis "(" and ")" because SyncApps will need to add 1 more last modified criteria. If wrapper parenthesis is not added then saved search could produce incorrect result especially if criteria contains OR logic.
*Please note Summary Saved Searches are not supported in NetSuite API so please do not use these types.
Please note that there are 3 options to choose from to determine which records from NetSuite sync to Handshake:
Sync All Customers
All Customers will be synced to Handshake.
Sync Specific NetSuite Subscriptions
All Customers subscribed to the selected subscriptions will be synced to Handshake.
Sync Specific NetSuite Saved Searches
Only records returned by the specified Saved Searches will be synced.
If Saved Search criteria "Use Expressions" is checked then the criteria MUST be wrapped with an outermost parenthesis "(" and ")" because SyncApps will need to add one more last modified criteria. For example: Name = "A" OR Name = "B" must be changed to ( Name = "A" OR Name = "B")

The feature "Sync Shopping Cart Saved Search" under our Saved Search types is currently not supported by SyncApps, however, this enhancement is on our product roadmap this year.
As an alternative workaround to this limitation for Saved Search Types, we do support is using a Customer Saved Search.
As a best practice, be sure the Sync Profile is syncing to the List in MailChimp where the automation is set as Saved Searches sync to Groups then also place the member into a List which is the Master List named in Step 2 of the Sync Profile.
For Abandoned Cart syncing best practice is to create a separate Sync Profile just for this flow.
The List in MailChimp could be called Abandoned Cart and then the new record which lands in the List can have an automation on it as automations in MailChimp only fire on Lists, not Groups.

As for the Saved Search:
From NetSuite use a Customer Saved Search:
and then create a filter in the Saved Search:
Shopping Cart: Date last item added (I have it set to 2 days or greater)
Shopping Cart: SubTotal (greater than 0.00).
So the idea is that all abandoned carts from clients signed in will get added to the "abandoned cart" search after 2 days. When the list syncs again, they will get added to the MailChimp Segment "Abandoned Cart", which should immediately trigger an email to be sent reminding them to finish the purchase.

When using our powerful Filtering feature, SyncApps will only sync specific records that do not contain these Group/Role email addresses. Reason for this is that these are not "person" emails because they might cause spam complaints and blacklisting.
These are the following Group/Role email addresses that SyncApps will ignore when Filtering feature is enabled:
If you are syncing any @yopmail emails with your email marketing this will cause errors to appear as MailChimp and others have banned this domain so to avoid any errors just set up a filter in SyncApps with "Email does not contain @yopmail.com" criteria in your Sync Profile.
Abandoned Shopping Cart feature is one of the most requested features by thousands of our loyal subscribers.
Due to popular demand, the SyncApps Development team is building out enhancements for NetSuite integrations for SuiteCommerce, to be released during the early part of 2018.
Here’s the workflow on how to setup the Abandoned Cart sync today.
For the MailChimp side, you can certainly link the customer to a List/Group/Segment in MailChimp to also tag them if you like as abandoning the cart using some field in our Mapping setup (Step 4 of your Sync Profile), which is triggered when the customer does this action. A simple workflow in NetSuite to update the "Abandoned" field should work for it.
1) The follow-up message (abandoned cart) is sent right away? Or is it a scheduling process a few times a day?
2) Can we send a coupon with that message, so that we can improve the chance of conversion?
Yes, that is standard SuiteCommerce feature/functionality for real-time and coupons sending if you like from NetSuite.
If you want to use MailChimp instead to send the email then just map a field to sync in real time to the MailChimp list.
An example would be to map the coupon field thus triggering a MailChimp Automation you have set up prior.
MailChimp Static Segments is a type of saved segment that includes only the subscribed contacts who shared specific common qualities when you created it.
SyncApps rolled out this enhancement this 2018 to help our clients to target their specific customers without manually putting them into segments. Just set it then let SyncApps do the magic! This enhancement is very useful to CRM, Financial, and especially for eCommerce integrations.
To see how to do a Static Segment in MailChimp manually let's try:
- Head to your Lists in MailChimp and select a specific List.
- Once you have selected a specific List, tap "Manage Contacts" and "Segments" then "Create Segment".
- Set the criteria, let's say on the list you want to target a Campaign to customers with the those ending with "@gmail.com". Email Address > Ends with > @gmail.com.
- Tap Preview Segment then this will show a segment with specific contacts under that list, tap " Save as Segment. Then there you have it!
Now let's see how it works automatically to create MailChimp Static Segments with SyncApps
It is easy to now automatically create Static Segment(s) based on your CRM Marketing List(s), Tag, Saved Search(s), Tearsheet(s), Campaign(s), or even eCommerce Product(s) and Variation(s) you have set up in Step 1 of the Sync Profile. (What is a Sync Profile?)
Please note that if MailChimp user exposes Groups on the Update Profile form then SyncApps will sync to the Marketing List or Campaign if these Campaign/List to Groups have been synced prior via SyncApps.
In Step 2 of the Sync Profile, you will need to select "Use Static Segment" under the Segmentation Method option. Save and Reset Sync Process then Sync Now.
This feature is used by subscribers to overcome MailChimp's 60 Group limitation per list if using many products or categories in your system of record to sync to MailChimp.
NOTE: records in Static Segments cannot be removed automagically via SyncApps yet you can just delete them all on a regular basis in MailChimp and let Salesforce or your CRM being used to repopulate each Static Segment on your scheduled sync to have a trued up Segment for your Marketing Automation campaigns running on MailChimp.
